Recently, some of the budget reseller servers had some minor and few major problems, resulting in the named servers to crash and experience some downtimes on few occasions. This is due to the fact that there are a few websites on each of these servers that are monopolizing the resources available on the servers, causing the MYSQL and Apache to crash. We understand these issues caused by a few websites are very frustrating for our other customers and we here at DhyHost.com will continue to track down these abusers to prevent such issues from happening in the future.
We believe some improvements need to be made in option Uptime and reliability on our karina servers in order to keep all valued customers 100% satisfied with our services. Thus we will be moving certain amount of resellers to our band new 16/24 CPU - 24GB RAM servers starting from Monday. Those customers who will have their accounts moved to our new servers will be contacted personally in order to be informed about their new IP information. Note that this transfer will not cause any downtime and all your data including files, images, databases, e-mails etc. will be transferred automatically.
